Meet Dr. Kate VG!

Dr. Kate built her practice for patients who want a doctor who understands what trauma-informed healthcare looks like in practice.

If you’ve notice that your mental and physical health tend to rise and fall together, you are not imagining it, and most importantly, you are not alone. Dr. Kate shows up in those hard, overwhelming chapters of your journey with genuine compassion and clinical expertise. Her goal is for you to feel heard, validated, and equipped with the right tools each step of the way.

Dr. Kate’s approach is rooted in the bio-psycho-social model. Put simply, your story matters and being able to express it to a trusted provider is crucial. Your biology, your mind, and your lived experience don’t exist in separate boxes. Rather, they are constantly influencing each other and the current picture of symptoms you are experiencing.

No one has the same story, and that’s why you won’t find one-size fits all treatment plans here. Every patient gets a plan built around their unique symptoms, targeted labs, and goals. Dr. Kate will utilize nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, injection/ IV therapy, as well as advanced testing and assist in integrating your healthcare team if needed.
