Meet Dr. Kate VG!

Dr. Kate built her practice for patients who want a doctor who understands what trauma-informed healthcare looks like in practice.

If you've noticed your mental and physical health tend to rise and fall together- you're not imagining it, and you're definitely not alone. Dr. Kate shows up in those hard, overwhelming moments with genuine compassion paired with her clinical expertise, so you leave feeling heard, validated, and equipped with the right tools to move forward.

Her approach is rooted in the bio-psycho-social model. Put simply- your story matters. Your biology, your mind, and your lived experience don't exist in separate boxes; they shape each other, and hearing your story is often the key to real answers.

That's why you won't find one-size-fits-all treatment plans here. Every patient gets a plan built around their unique symptom picture, targeted labs, and goals. Dr. Kate will utilize nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, injection/IV therapy, and advanced testing when needed.
